Here at Save the Student, we want to make sure you get the most out of your money. Being a student doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the finer things in life… it just means you may have to find a deal beforehand.

  1. Get free Spotify Premium

Starting off with one of our absolute favourites, the Spotify Premium free trial.

New users of Spotify can bag a free full month of Spotify Premium, with a monthly Spotify student fee of £4.99 a month thereafter

  2. Hack Meerkat Movies and Meals

For just £1ish for the whole year, get a Meerkat Movies and Meals membership.

This will mean you can grab 2 meals for the price of 1 and 2 for 1 cheap cinema tickets (they’re just too expensive usually!).

  3. Stream shows and films for free

Forget paying for streaming services, when you can take advantage of months worth of free trials.

Trials can vary from 7 days to a month, but just make sure you set a reminder before it’s over to cancel, or you may be charged the full subscription amount!

  4. Watch football for cheap

From finding out cheap ways to watch Sky Sports, to watching BT Sport for free, we help you find the cheapest ways to watch football on TV.

  5. Find cheap activities

Many activities can seem out of a student budget, which is why we’ve found lots you can do under £20.

If you’re looking to enhance your CV and have fun, we also have options.

  6. Claim cheap theme park tickets

Theme parks can be costly, especially when for most of the day, you’ll be stuck waiting in queues.

Grabbing a discounted theme park ticket can make all of the difference.
