We recruit around 60-70 graduates and post graduates each year to join our two-year graduate development programme from a huge range of scientific and technology disciplines (although this is not an exhaustive list and specific requirements can be found on the graduate job profiles)

We will give you all the support you need to thrive during your two-year development programme to enable you to achieve your personal and business objectives. All graduates are encouraged to join our Chartership scheme and you may be able to study for further qualifications such as an MSc or PhD.
On-the-job training on a number of projects will be supplemented by courses and workshops to build your technical and personal skills. You will be encouraged to go on secondments to teams across Dstl, within the wider MOD or with one of our industrial partners. Strong links with our allies could also give you scope for short-term placements overseas.
