trainline are one of the most popular platforms used within in the UK for booking rail journeys.

The trainline app has loads of useful features, like digital ticket wallets, train timetables and even Google Assistant integration.

There are loads of great tools on the trainline website too, to help you find the cheapest fares. You can select what days you would prefer to travel on and it will tell you the best times or dates around that day to travel which could save you £££s. The only thing to be aware of is the booking fee, but you can definitely make that back by getting the cheaper tickets.

Students can also use their 16-25 railcard to get a third off their tickets.
