Save the Student Bursary legal agreement

Programme Overview and Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Save the Student Bursary is a new initiative aimed at helping new students pay for everything they need to face the financial challenges when getting started at university. Specifically, the funding is intended to help students from low-income and disadvantaged backgrounds pay for essentials.

The bursary will support six new full-time undergraduate students, due to start university in 2025, with £750 each.

Successful applicants will receive £750 paid as soon as possible after A Level results day (14/08/2025). The bursary will be paid as cash via a third party (JS Group) and can be used to help students pay for anything they might need.

Before you apply for the bursary, please take the time to read through the Terms and Conditions and ensure that you meet all the criteria listed below.
