Virgin Media Broadband student discount

Broadband with Virgin Media is a popular student choice, alone or as part of a TV package. The monthly price is cheap as chips, especially if you split it between you and your housemates.

Another added benefit of a Virgin contract is that there is no need to set up a phone line meaning you can save more than £15 a month as well as any possible installation costs. With speeds of up to 152Mbps this is on average 12x faster than standard broadband and blows most of it’s competitors out of the water.

Virgin are best known for their super fast speeds and have a reduced 9 month contract to fit in with the student academic year. The 9 month contract can be a real help to most students because many don’t live in their accommodation for the full 12 month tenancy period, so is excellent value for money.
