The graduate programme is an 18 month programme, consisting of a number of placements – typically this is three placements of around six months duration, although this may vary from time to time
Placements are largely determined by your mentor according to business needs, and the opportunities available at the time, but of course we’ll always try to take your preferences into consideration. Most importantly we take into account your career aspirations and how the business can help you progress and develop.
Wherever you are placed, each area and department is as interesting and rewarding as the next.
We have two sites, in London and Bristol, and you will almost certainly have a placement at each of the locations.
The opportunity to work in different areas of the business and across both locations provides a fantastic insight and understanding into the business as a whole. It also offers exceptional exposure which helps you to build relationships, develop knowledge and lay down the foundations of a successful and rewarding career.
