Every year we offer up to 40 places in diverse roles across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance. The Management Training Scheme lasts for one year and is made up of three four month placements across a variety of business areas. We offer three prospective start dates (September, January or June) as well as the option of deferring your start date.
We know people are different, that’s why we’ll create a unique development programme just for you. This will be built around your personal experiences, the things you enjoy, and where you want to be. You’ll have real responsibility and the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to your team from day one. You’ll be exposed to high-profile projects which will vastly broaden your skills and knowledge in a short time. And you’ll have plenty of opportunities to really shine. We’ll discuss your progress with you at the end of each placement and talk about the future.
We’re flexible about when you finish the Management Training Scheme. It all depends on the ever evolving needs of our business and your individual skills and strengths. You’ll go operational in your first role after you have completed the development period that best suits you. In addition, you’ll experience a dynamic, fast-paced and innovative career.
